Return Policy

You may return most items sold by Irish Sisters within 14 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

To return an item, please email or call us at 630-208-9300 and state items being returned, and your reason for return.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

No returns on sale or clearance items

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
